Warranty Policy
Manufacturing Defects Only
Auto Parts Offer LLC provides a 365-day (one-year) limited warranty on eligible automotive parts purchased directly through our official website:
autopartsoffer.com
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers only eligible products purchased directly from Auto Parts Offer LLC through our official website.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, resellers, or other platforms, are not covered by this website warranty. Such purchases are subject to the warranty and return terms stated in the applicable marketplace listing or platform policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
If Auto Parts Offer LLC confirms that a part failed because of a covered manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion:
-
Repair the part;
-
Replace the part with the same or a comparable part; or
-
Refund the original purchase price of the part.
The appropriate remedy will be determined by Auto Parts Offer LLC after reviewing the part, the circumstances of the failure, and the supporting documentation.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 365 days (one year) from the original date of purchase unless a different warranty period is specifically stated on the product listing.
Warranty coverage is valid only within the United States.
A repaired or replacement part does not restart or extend the original warranty period. It remains covered for the remainder of the original 365-day warranty period.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover failures, damage, or defects caused by any of the following:
3.1 Normal Wear and Tear
All automotive parts are subject to wear over time. Normal deterioration, cosmetic changes, and failures caused by ordinary wear and tear are not covered.
3.2 Improper Installation or Repair
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, removal, repair, programming, calibration, modification, or handling.
Warranty coverage may be denied if the part was:
-
Installed incorrectly;
-
Damaged during installation or removal;
-
Modified, opened, altered, or disassembled;
-
Improperly repaired, programmed, or calibrated; or
-
Installed without following the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications and required procedures.
Installation by a qualified automotive professional is strongly recommended. Proof of professional installation may be requested when reasonably necessary to determine whether improper installation contributed to the reported failure.
A warranty claim will not be denied solely because professional installation documentation is unavailable unless the available evidence reasonably indicates that improper installation, programming, handling, or another excluded condition caused or contributed to the failure.
3.3 Failure to Diagnose the Vehicle
This warranty does not cover damage caused by unresolved vehicle problems, including electrical faults, wiring issues, communication faults, hydraulic contamination, damaged connectors, low voltage, incorrect programming, or failure of another vehicle component.
Replacing a part without properly diagnosing and correcting the original cause of failure may result in damage that is not covered under this warranty.
3.4 Misuse or Negligence
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, racing, off-road use, overloading, improper operation, lack of required maintenance, or negligence is not covered.
3.5 Accidents and External Damage
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, impacts, fire, flooding, theft, vandalism, or other external events.
3.6 Fuel, Fluid, and Exhaust System Failures
Failures caused by contaminated, incorrect, low-quality, or insufficient fuel, oil, brake fluid, coolant, or other fluids are not covered.
Damage caused by failures within the fuel, exhaust, emissions, cooling, lubrication, braking, or hydraulic systems is also excluded unless the purchased part itself is confirmed to have a covered manufacturing defect.
3.7 Environmental and Chemical Exposure
This warranty does not cover corrosion or damage caused by:
-
Road salt or de-icing chemicals;
-
Water intrusion or flooding;
-
Industrial pollution;
-
Acidic or alkaline substances;
-
Extreme weather, hail, or lightning;
-
Animal or bird waste; or
-
Other environmental or chemical exposure.
3.8 Consumable and Maintenance Parts
Consumable and normal-maintenance items are not covered, including:
-
Fuel, oil, air, and DPF filters;
-
Belts;
-
Gaskets and seals;
-
Brake pads; and
-
Similar wear or maintenance items.
4. Warranty Claim Requirements
To begin a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
-
Proof of purchase, including the order number or receipt;
-
The vehicle’s year, make, model, and VIN;
-
The part number from the purchased item;
-
Clear photos or videos showing the reported issue;
-
A detailed description of the problem; and
-
Any additional information reasonably required to evaluate the claim.
Depending on the nature of the reported issue, Auto Parts Offer LLC may also reasonably request:
-
Proof of professional installation, such as an invoice or service record;
-
Diagnostic trouble codes;
-
A written diagnostic report from a qualified automotive repair facility; or
-
Additional photos, videos, test results, or vehicle information.
Additional documentation will be requested only when reasonably necessary to determine the cause of the reported failure.
The part must be returned for inspection if requested. Auto Parts Offer LLC reserves the right to deny a claim if the customer does not provide reasonably requested documentation, does not return the part for inspection, or if the available evidence shows that the failure was caused by an excluded condition.
5. Inspection and Claim Approval
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Auto Parts Offer LLC.
Returned parts are generally evaluated within 2–5 business days after delivery to our facility. Additional time may be required depending on the type of part, testing requirements, shipping damage, or missing documentation.
Auto Parts Offer LLC will generally notify the customer of its warranty decision within two business days after the inspection is completed. If additional testing or information is required, we will notify the customer and provide an updated status.
Warranty service will be approved only when Auto Parts Offer LLC confirms that the part failed because of a covered manufacturing defect.
Submitting a warranty claim or returning a part does not guarantee approval.
6. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the part to Auto Parts Offer LLC for inspection unless otherwise authorized in writing.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed and the warranty claim is approved, Auto Parts Offer LLC may provide a prepaid standard shipping label or reimburse the reasonable cost of standard return shipping when the shipping method and cost were approved by us in advance.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, international shipping charges, installation expenses, removal costs, and unauthorized shipping expenses are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Auto Parts Offer LLC in writing.
Auto Parts Offer LLC is not responsible for parts lost or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging or the customer’s selected carrier. Customers should use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt until the claim is completed.
7. Limitations of Liability
This warranty covers the purchased product only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Parts Offer LLC is not responsible for additional costs or losses, including:
-
Labor, installation, removal, or diagnostic charges;
-
Programming or calibration costs;
-
Towing expenses;
-
Rental vehicle expenses;

-

-
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Unauthorized Returns
No warranty return will be accepted without prior authorization from Auto Parts Offer LLC.
Parts returned without prior authorization, proper identification, or the required return information may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Receiving a returned part does not mean that the warranty claim has been approved.
9. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
Products purchased through eBay, Amazon, another marketplace, a reseller, or any third-party platform are governed by the warranty and return terms shown in the applicable product listing and the rules of that platform.
Customers who purchased through a third-party marketplace should contact us through the same marketplace account used to place the order.
